Giken Silent Piler Auger Crush

This emergency project involved the installation of 65-foot sheet piles to safely access a fragile, existing sewer line located 50 feet below grade. Due to sensitive site conditions and the sewer line’s vulnerability, vibration-free methods were essential. Our team utilized the Giken Silent Piler with Auger Crush to successfully navigate extremely challenging ground conditions, including large cobble. Upon completion of the sheet pile shaft, our crew installed and welded a three-ring waler support system to ensure stability.
